On Jeep models with a heads-up display, acoustic glass, or camera-based driver assistance we recommend OEM and explain the reason. On older models without that hardware, quality aftermarket glass is functionally equivalent.

Does my Jeep need camera recalibration after a windshield replacement?

If your windshield has a camera behind the rearview mirror, yes. That covers most Jeep vehicles built from roughly 2016 onward and some earlier ones. We confirm from your VIN and quote the recalibration up front as its own line, at $149 to $399 on top of the glass, rather than adding it later.
