You get a two-hour arrival window and a text when the technician is en route. The installation takes about ninety minutes, and you get the safe drive-away time in writing before the technician leaves.

What do you need at my location?

About one parking space of clearance around the vehicle and a reasonably level surface. Shade or covered parking is helpful in extreme heat but not required. We work in residential driveways, apartment complex lots, office parking structures, and job sites every day.

Can you do the work while I am at the office?

That is the most common way our customers use the service. Give us the parking lot and the level you are on, and the car is done before you leave for the day. You do not need to be present during the installation, though we do need access to the interior.

Question 4

What happens if it rains on my appointment day?

Accepted Answer

Urethane adhesive cures by reacting with moisture, and surface preparation requires dry glass and a dry pinch weld. If conditions on the day would compromise the bond, we reschedule rather than install anyway. We call you as early as possible and prioritize you into the next available window.

Can you recalibrate the camera on site?

Accepted Answer

In most cases yes. Our mobile units carry the target sets and scan tools required for static calibration on the vast majority of vehicles, and dynamic calibrations are performed on a nearby marked road. A small number of vehicles specify calibration conditions that require a controlled indoor space, and we will tell you upfront if yours is one of them.
